


Rob is a partner in the firm's litigation practice group.
He has been involved in all facets of litigation from inception through appeal. His experience includes matters involving all classes of discrimination under Title VII, Title IX, the ADEA, the ADA, the United States Constitution, the New York State Constitution, and the New York State Executive Law. He is also experienced in varied and complex aspects of insurance law and personal injury practice, including scaffold law, products liability, medical malpractice, elevator malfunctions, dram shop law, general liability and automobile claims.
Rob has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, New York State’s First, Second and Third Appellate Divisions, and New York State’s First and Second Appellate Terms.
